We clarify our panel opinion in this case by noting that Dillard is entitled to reimbursement of all base rentals paid for periods between May 1,1993 and February 28, 1994, plus applicable interest. With this proviso, IT IS ORDERED that the petitions for rehearing filed in the above ease are DENIED.
