Alvaro Roberto Dueñas Burgos, proceeding pro se, seeks review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ final order affirming an immigration judge’s denial of his application for asylum and withholding of removal. He contends that he suffered past persecution in El Salvador based on threats made against him and his family members.
