Several judgments against Frank Auditore were recovered in one action bearing the above title, and are all contained in one postea or record. The Auditore Contracting Co., Inc., recovered a judgment against said Frank Auditore and another for the sum of $331,758.87. The defendant Auditore Co., Inc., recovered a judgment against said Frank Auditore and another for the sum of $8,627.30. The defendant Auditore Co., Inc., recovered a judgment against said Frank Auditore and another for the sum of $511.20.
