This is an action to set aside an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Griffith in Lake County, Indiana.

A petition was filed by appellees Christenson and Central Fiber Products Company with the Griffith Board of Trustees and the Griffith Plan Commission, requesting that said Plan Commission rezone a portion of a two block triangle of property from “B” Residence District to “Industrial” District.
