Plaintiffs, Kroenert Brothers, commenced a suit to foreclose a mortgage against Gustason and wife and others. Judgment of foreclosure was rendered and .a sale of the mortgaged premises decreed. Thereafter sale was made and one Elston was the purchaser and received the sheriff’s certificate of sale, and he thereafter paid the taxes due on the premises so purchased. After-wards Kroenert Brothers gave notice of their intention to apply to the sheriff to' redeem from the sale to Elston and did so redeem. After confirmation of the sale under…
