The plaintiff, the owner of six parcels of property known as 851, 853, 855, 857 and 851-853, rear Sycamore street, and 876 Fillmore avenue, in the city of Buffalo, obtained blanket policies of insurance covering the property, aggregating $8,000, as follows: in the National Ben Franklin In*231surance Company of Pittsburg, Penn., a policy of $3,000; in the Northwestern National Insurance Company of Milwaukee, Wis., $3,000; in the Millers National Insurance Company of Chicago, 111., $2,000.
