{¶ 1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court, the parties’ briefs, and their oral arguments before this court. Plaintiff-appellants and cross-appellees, PNH, Inc. and Ronald Creatore, appeal the judgment of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas that dismissed their claims against defendant-appellee and cross-appellant, Alfa Laval, Inc. (incorrectly identified as Alfa Laval Flow, Inc.), for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction.
