The defendant was convicted in a municipal court on a complaint which charged “ that she, the said Diamond, on the sixth day of January in the year of our *513Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and on divers other days and times between that day and the sixth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, at said Boston and in said Roxbury district, was and now is an idle and disorderly person; against the peace of said Commonwealth and the form of the statute in such case made and provided.”
