This is a motion to strike certain portions of the record returned in response to a petition for certiorari in two cases involving tax assessments by the City of Dover.

It is claimed that the City of Dover in determining these assessment appeals relied on information which was never introduced in evidence at either the three member council committee hearing or the full council hearing and consequently the taxpayers never had a chance to rebut the evidence which supported the assessment established.
