Plaintiff Donald Green is a former school bus driver. He was employed by the Board of School Commissioners of the City of Indianapolis (“the School Board”) to drive children between the ages of six and fourteen years to and from public schools in Indianapolis. Two months before his one-year employment contract was to expire, the School Board dismissed Green for harassing some of the girls who rode his bus to and from school.
