— The City of Thomasville, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Georgia, for the-benefit of Jno, Karner, brought an action at law in the.' civil court of record of Duval county, Florida, against Hart ford Accident and Indemnity Company upon a statutory bond, given pursuant to a Georgia statute. The civil court of record declined to exercise jurisdiction and dismissed the cause.
