The Circuit Court of Montgomery County has, pursuant to our order of remand, conducted a full hearing into the question as to why the appellant did not obtain a complete review of his conviction by way of original appeal. Following the hearing the Circuit Court entered an order directing the complete original transcript of the trial be made up and sent this Court as a part of its return. We are of the opinion that this is correct.

The trial took place on November 19, 1975, at which time Alfred McGhee and Alton Abrams described a difficulty with the appellant, which took place on May 26, 1975.…
