This is a suit filed in the County Court at Law of Travis County, Texas, by the Receiver of Lloyds Fire & Casualty Assurance against B. J. Atkins, a former agent or substitute attorney for the company, seeking to recover the balance of appellant’s agency account with the company in the alleged amount of $344.59.
