HENLEY, Judge.

By amended information alleging prior felony convictions defendant was charged with murder, first degree, of Edward L. Pridemore on February 2, 1965, in Laclede county, Missouri. Section 559.010 (all statutory references are to RSMo 1959 and V.A.M.S.) Defendant admitted, and the court found, that he had been convicted of prior felonies, sentenced and imprisoned therefor as alleged. A jury found him guilty as charged.
