MEMORANDUM OPINION

SMALKIN, District Judge.

This age discrimination (ADEA) case is before the Court on the motion of the defendant for summary judgment on its claim-in-chief and for partial summary judgment on its counterclaim, as well as plaintiffs motion for summary judgment on the counterclaim. The motions have been fully briefed, and no oral argument is deemed necessary.
