Currently pending before the Court are objections by the Plaintiff Cendant Mortgage Corporation, d/b/a PHH Mortgage Services Corporation (“PHH” or the “Plaintiff’) and the Defendant Saxon National Mortgage (“Saxon” or the “Defendant”) to a report and recommendation (the “Report”) issued by Chief United States Magistrate Judge Michael L. Oren-stein.

Although the Court assumes the parties are familiar with the lengthy procedural and factual background of this case, in the interests of clarity, the Court will restate the pertinent history.
