MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court on the Objection of Trustee to the Claim of Ther-modyn Corporation. A Hearing was held on this matter, at which time the parties agreed that the issue presented was solely a question of law. Accordingly, counsel filed their arguments on the relevancy and application of O.R.C. § 1333.31 to the instant case.
