¶ 0 This office has received your request for an official Attorney General Opinion in which you ask, in effect, the following questions:

1. The Oklahoma Statutes, 56 O.S. Supp. 1999, §§ 240.22[56-240.22], 240.22A-240.22D and 2000 Okla. Sess. Laws ch. 384, §§ 19, 20 (codified as amended at 56 O.S.
