Plaintiffs-Appellants Thomas Charles In-gledue and Jacquelyne Lucille Ingledue (the Ingledues), appeal the First Circuit Court’s July 2, 1993 judgment in favor of Defendants-appellees Norman Hill Dyer and Cynthia Miller Dyer (the Dyers). The Ingledues contend that the trial court erred in: (1) failing to give adequate warning that the jury was an advisory jury; (2) depriving the In-gledues of their right to trial by jury; (3) requiring the Ingledues to prove damages before enjoining the Dyers’ breach of a restrictive covenant; and (4) refusing to recognize the Ingledues’…
