Bonez v. Commissioner of Prison System of State of New York

Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review two determinations which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

Petitioner was charged in three misbehavior reports with numerous prison disciplinary violations. A tier III disciplinary hearing was conducted with respect to the charges contained in two of the reports and a tier II disciplinary hearing was conducted with respect to the charges contained in the third report.
