EUGENE A. WRIGHT, Circuit Judge:
On this appeal from the dismissal of a complaint seeking damages and equitable relief for denial of custodial release on a work furlough program, we are confronted initially with a jurisdictional question. Following oral argument, the parties were required to file additional memoranda on the question whether the district court made final disposition of all claims.
