Pending before the court is a motion to reconsider filed by the lead plaintiffs in Chan v. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. (the “Chan Plaintiffs”). Dkt. 241. The Chan Plaintiffs seek reconsideration of the court’s order granting the unopposed motion for approval of a settlement on behalf of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) collective action members filed by counsel for the Richardson v.
