LAVELLE, P.J.,
Before us are the exceptions and objections of Daniel R. Paulus (hereinafter exceptant) to the September 13, 1982 tax claim bureau sale of his property in Penn Forest Township. We entered a decree nisi confirming the September 13, 1982 sales of the tax claim bureau on December 2, 1982 and exceptant’s objections were timely filed on December 20, 1982. On September 30, 1983' after hearing and arguments on the exceptions and objections, we sustained the exceptant’s objections and vitiated the Tax Claim Bureau sale of his property. This opinion is filed pursuant to Pa.R.A.P. 1925(a).
