This is an action brought by the Skibsaktieselskapet Bestum III, a corporation of the Kingdom of Norway, as plaintiff, against John P. Duke, as the supervisor of banking of the state of Washington, and the Seandanavian American Bank of Seattle, as defendants, to establish against the funds of the insolvent bank in the hands of the supervisor a general claim for the sum of $400,000, and to establish against the same fund as a preferred claim the further sum of $75,000.
