In this appeal arising out of Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings, the Creditors’ Committee (“Committee”) of Ronco Telep-roducts, Inc. (“Teleproducts”) challenges a ruling (the “Decision”) by then Bankruptcy Judge Richard Merrick 1 establishing the validity, priority and amount of liens held by First National Bank of Chicago (“FNB”) and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
