This is an action in equity brought by plaintiff, a Missouri corporation, for specific performance of an agreement entered into by and between George W. Smith during his lifetime and all other shareholders of plaintiff corporation. The defendant, son of decedent, is the administrator of the Estate of George W. Smith, Deceased.
