OPINION

HUGHES, Justice.

Philip McGahey, Trustee, and Summers Electric, Inc., appeal from a judgment granting a permanent injunction against their foreclosing a deed of trust lien taken to secure pre-existing debts and covering certain real estate which was alleged to be homestead property. Appellants contend that the property was not homestead because record title was in a corporation when they took their deed of trust.
