MILLS, Judge.

Plaintiff brings this suit under the Workmen’s Compensation Act (No. 20 of 1914, as amended) agains£ J. H. Edwards and his insurer, the Travelers’ Insurance Company. All the pertinent allegations as to the nature of the employment are contained in article 3 of the petition, which read?: “That prior to and including the 20th day of June, 1933, petitioner herein and W. M. Hall were employed by the said J. H. Edwards to cut, haul and deliver pulpwood to the Bastrop Mill'of the Southern Kraft Corporation. Petitioner and W. M.
