(After stating the foregoing facts.) 1.

Error is assigned in the bill of exceptions on the ground that the decree is contrary to law and contrary to the verdict of the jury. The defendant also assigns as error the failure of the court to enter judgment for him in accordance with the verdict of the jury and in accordance with the law, on the ground as contended that, the jury having found in favor of the defendant that the divorce decree should not be set aside, the petitioner was precluded from raising any other question which could have been determined in the previous-…
