B & D Fabricators, Duval of Georgia, Inc., Electric Supply Company, Inc., Reliance Electric Industrial Company and Simco Supply Company, Inc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “appellants”) sold electrical components to FiberOptics Machinery Company, Inc. (“FMCI”). When FMCI allegedly failed to pay for the goods, appellants sued FMCI and a related company, Peachtree FiberOptics, Inc. (“PFI”).
