This appeal grows out of the allowance of fees to various parties in interest in the reorganization proceedings of a building corporation, 32-36 North State Street Building Corporation, Debtor. Appellant State-Washington Stores Company was lessee of the debtor at the time reorganization proceedings were instituted. Appellants Charles J. Canfield and George W. Swigart own substantially all of the stock in that corporation.
