This matter is before this Court on an appeal taken by the plaintiffs from a judg*675ment of the Trial Court awarding and fixing attorney’s fees to the attorney ad hoc appointed to represent Stanley A. Marczak Jr., an unemancipated minor, defendant in the original suit.
The original suit was a suit for damages brought by Lee Doty King and his wife Gloria Mae King for the death of their minor child as a result of an automobile accident on the night of September 15, 1962 when he was run over and killed by a 1951 Studebaker sedan owned by Lemuel Brooks Marshall Sr. of Cheneyville,…
