ANTWERPEN, Circuit Judge.

Jean Carver (“Carver”) and Charles Kimble Booz (“Appellants”) brought suit against Quakertown Borough, two Quaker-town Borough policemen, St. Luke’s Hospital, and two of its employees (“Appellees”) under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Appellants alleged that Appellees detained and treated Carver without her consent in violation of her due process rights under the Fourteenth Amendment.
