The court has before it the task of construing decedent’s will, more particularly the provisions relating to the disposition of the trust principal.

Decedent died January 17, 1941, leaving a will which was admitted to probate by this court on March 21, 1941. He was survived by a wife, Kathryn; a sister, Sarah Ann Bardsley; John Gilbert Nield and Arthur Taylor Nield, sons of John Herbert Nield, a deceased brother; and Allan Davies, son of Elizabeth Davies, a deceased sister.
