This suit was filed in the district court of Van Zandt county by a number of plaintiffs against a number of defendants in form of trespass to try title to thirty acres of land situated in said county, and described in the petition by metes and bounds. Appellants, H. B. Tunnell, W. W. Latham, and Dorothy Latham, minor daughter of W. B. Latham and suing through H. B. Tunnell ,as next friend, as alleged owners of a one-half interest in the land, filed a plea of intervention, also in form of trespass to try title.
