SANDSTROM, Justice.
[¶ 1] Rosa LaRoeque appealed from a divorce judgment, claiming the trial court’s division of property and award of spousal support are clearly erroneous. Because the notice of appeal was not timely filed, we are without jurisdiction to hear the appeal.

[¶ 2] Rosa LaRoeque filed for divorce from her husband, Sam LaRoeque, in April 1996. Following a trial, the district court granted Rosa LaRoeque a divorce, awarded her spousal support, and divided the marital property.
