This is a workmen’s compensation case in which the appellee claims compensation for total permanent disability as a result of two separate heart attacks. The circuit court affirmed the Commission’s finding that the appellee had suffered a 65% permanent partial disability to his body as a whole as a result of both attacks. From that judgment comes this appeal. We first consider appellant’s assertion that the evidence is insubstantial to support the Commission’s finding.
