Thompson v. State

This case is a consolidation of two separate claims arising from an automobile accident, which occurred on June 10, 1955, on Illinois State Boute No. 3, at a point about three miles west of Bed Bud, Illinois. In said accident the driver of the car, Ernest Green, was killed, and a passenger, Vernon Thompson, was injured. Doris Green seeks $7,500.00 recovery as Administratrix of the Estate of Ernest B. Green. Vernon Thompson seeks $7,-500.00 for the injuries he allegedly received in the accident.
