The action disclosed by the record is a statutory real action, in the nature of ejectment, brought by the appellee, as plaintiff, against the appeL lant, as defendant, to recover the possession of the west half of the south-east quarter of section twenty-one, in a designated township and range, situate in Blount county, in this State.
