The instant adversarial proceeding causes us to explore whether certain actions of a landlord, in this case a public housing authority, are impermissible in light of the automatic stay arising pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) and whether the landlord should be subject to monetary liability, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(h), for actions which, while we find impermissible, were rather mild and in light of the absence of proof of any actual damages to the tenant-debtor therefrom.
