BYE, Circuit Judge.
Eric Carter (Carter) was convicted of one count of possessing more than five grams of cocaine base with the intent to distribute it in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a), and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Carter appeals both the convictions and sentences on various grounds. He argues that the evidence was insufficient to support either conviction; that his sentence on the cocaine count violates Apprendi v.
