This was an action of ejectment, brought the 14th of March, 1835, to the -April Term, by James Scott, against Robert C. Gallagher and James Howell, to recover the possession of one hundred acres of land. The title to the premises was regularly deduced to a certain Thomas Gallagher, under whom the plaintiff and defendants claim title.
