Almand, Justice.

Since a number of the demurrers in this case present similar questions, these questions will be considered together, but not necessarily in the order in which they appear in the record. In paragraphs 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, and 57, it was contended that mandamus should be denied for the various years therein set out because certain named persons were not made parties to the suit.
