ERICKSON, Chief Justice:
In an action for personal injuries, Charles R. and Alice L. Jackson assert that the trial court committed reversible error in admitting evidence of the failure of Charles R. Jackson (plaintiff) to use a safety device which was in issue in a products liability case. They also allege error in instructing the jury on the defenses of assumption of the risk and misuse.1 The Court of Appeals affirmed. Jackson v. Harsco Corp., 653 P.2d 407 (Colo.App.1982).
