This is an appeal from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellees and from the trial court’s grant of a Tennessee Rule of Civil Procedure 41.02(1) motion for involuntary dismissal in favor of Appellees. The trial court grant ed both motions upon its finding that Appellant had committed fraud upon the court in filing his complaint under an assumed name.
