These consolidated cases seek resolution of claims concerning the validity of a patent related to the design of a gutter system, including claims based on federal and state laws. GP Industries, LLC (hereafter “GPI”) filed its original Complaint on February 7, 2006. GPI sued Eran Industries, Inc. (“ERAN”) and its founder and president James Bachman. (Case No. 8:06CV50).
