Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Albany County (Kushner, J.), entered September 10, 2015, which granted petitioner’s applications, in two proceedings pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b, to adjudicate the subject children to be permanently neglected, and terminated respondent’s parental rights.
