The issue here is whether the statute of limitation bars the plaintiffs claim. The suit was filed on May 24, 1972. The plaintiff alleges that she received personal injuries as the result of a motor vehicle collision with defendant on June 24, 1968. The complaint claimed damages for personal injuries and for loss of earnings and medical expenses. One of the defenses was the bar of the statute of limitation. A motion to dismiss was filed based on the ground that the plaintiffs complaint on its face shows that she is barred by the statute. The trial court granted the motion. It…
