This litigation involves the validity of a voting trust agreement. Two actions were brought, one by George U. Tompers and the other by the National Liberty Insurance Company of America, against The Bank of America and others, to enjoin the individual defendants from voting and The Bank of America from permitting to be voted, stock of The Bank of America held by the individual defendants as trustees under the trust agreement which is dated December 31, 1924.
