Md. Code (1957, 1979 Repl. Vol.), Art. 56, §§ 212-232A, Title, "Licenses,” subtitle "Real Estate Brokers,” created the Real Estate Commission of Maryland (Commission) and provides for the licensing and other regulation of real estate brokers and salesmen. Section 217A establishes a real estate guaranty fund administered by the Commission (the Fund).
